1. Overview

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Xora is operated by Bit By Bit Labs Private Limited. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every Xora order, refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, which applies to your purchase in full and prevails over anything on this page.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on subscription payments. If you are not happy with Xora, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

You do not need to give a reason. Once a refund is approved, the subscription ends and access to the paid plan stops; your account reverts to the free tier.

3. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing support@xora.sh. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and the account then reverts to the free tier — your API keys, presets, and job history stay in place.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@xora.sh with the approximate date and amount of the charge. You may also raise the request directly with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, at paddle.net, where you can look up any transaction using the email address you paid with.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Timeline

Stage Typical time
We acknowledge your request1–2 business days
Paddle processes the refund1–3 business days
Funds appear on your statement3–10 business days, depending on your bank

If a refund has not arrived within 10 business days of approval, contact us and we will chase it with Paddle on your behalf.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Where your local law gives you a stronger cancellation or refund right than this policy does, that stronger right applies. Statutory withdrawal periods for digital purchases include 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and shorter or different periods elsewhere; Paddle honours these at checkout regardless of what this policy says.
